Thank you Rocky and Shanroy for fixing my door today!! The door and glass look great. You both did such a wonderful job and noticed that the hardware to open needed to be adjusted to easily open it with ease. I have been struggling forever with that door. You even removed some surface scratches that I couldnāt tackle.

I really appreciated the detail Matt Cassagnol put into explaining their premium door systems to me. He took the time to answer any questions I had. Now if my wife could just decide on the style (only because they have many stunning designs!).

Great door from Mastergrain.
Had it installed in 2021 and we still get compliments on the door 4 years later.
Recently had a minor issue with the door lock and some normal wear on the bottom of the door seal. I contacted Mastergrain.
Received a call from Anil the service manager a couple days later and he had a team come by to look at the minor issues yesterday afternoon.
Rocky and Shanroy were very professional and took the time to cover my floors before starting the work and changed the lock cylinder and the rubber gasket and even touched up the door and oiled all the parts of the multi lock system.
Then received a follow up call this morning from Anil to make sure I was happy with the work.
I never write a review but I felt like this product and the after service was exceptional and I would give the door and the team at Mastergrain 10/10 . They obviously stand behind their product. I would highly recommend the product and will use them again in the future if I need to replace another door.

We had a minor problem with our door leaking a couple of times a year when there was a real pelting, driving, rain. Rocky and Shanroy took it apart and fixed it, and also made the door easier to open and close. They did a great job and were very nice.

Mastergrain did a great job installing our new door. We had an issue with our first door and they brought us a temporary one and replaced it with our new one. Each step was seamless and install went great. Rocky and Shanroy were kind and did a great job.
