Great experience with Mastergrain. We had our front door replaced and went with a fiberglass with 3/4 glass insert and are very impressed with the appearance and quality.
The door that was initially installed was slightly warped by about 3/8". Within a week, Mastergrain's manager, Anil, made a site visit from the GTA to perform an inspection and had a newly manufactured door installed within 4 weeks.
Although there was a mild manufacturing issue, the response and communication from Mastergrain was impressive which made the replacement process pretty seamless. I was also told by the Anil that the company has made investments into the manufacturing process that will roll out next month, which will eliminate the issue I had experienced going forward.
Overall we are very happy with our purchase and our experience from Mastergrain.

We have a beautiful front door from Mastergrain. We did have an issue where the finish was coming off on the interior of the door within weeks of receiving the door. Anil and his team came to assess the situation. They replaced the door with a substitute while they returned it to the shop for refinishing. Upon returning and installing the door, they noted that the lock on the handle (not purchased from Mastergrain - and an ongoing problem since the door was installed) was stiff. They went above and beyond to ensure that it was working properly and that the door was spotless prior to leaving. Their customer service was excellent. We would not hesitate to recommend their product or services.

Called Mastergrain service for an issue I was having with my door. Spoke to Anil who was extremely helpful diagnosing the issue on the phone and came to my home next day and fixed the door. Absolutely wonderful after sales service. The product looks and functions flawless.
