We recently purchased a new front door and an interior door for our garage entrance from Mastergrain and worked with our salesman Matt. The front arch door is beautiful. It really complements our home, and we get constant positive comments from neighbours and people walking by who often ask for contact information so they can inquire themselves.
Because our home is over 50 years old with original construction, we did run into some installation challenges. Even with those issues, the team at Mastergrain took care of everything. They worked through each problem, resolved the concerns, and did so in a timely manner. Throughout the entire process, Matt was outstanding. He followed up, coordinated with the installation team, and made sure we were looked after from start to finish.
Now that everything is complete, we are extremely happy with the final result, with Matt, and with Mastergrain. While it is always good to compare, Mastergrain should be a key part of that process because they set a high standard in both product and service.
Once you see the quality and level of care they provide, you will understand why we chose to work with them and why we will gladly work with them again in the future.

Service Manager Anil and his crew were great. His communication with me was excellent, giving me timely updates on my door, and he got it installed sooner than he originally predicted. The door looks great!

Our Mastergrain was just repaired by Rocky and Shanroy due to the broken glass seal. They fixed the door and took the time to adjust it and touched it up with paint. Looks like new!!!
