We cannot say enough about both the quality and service provided by Mastergrain. When we made a service call about our door we had someone at our house that same week. They fixed the issue, but then also went out of their way to touch up the paint (where our kids had scratched it with hockey bags) tightened the handle, greased the door, and replaced the sweep.

The repair team- Rocky and Shanroy were excellent. Gave me an eta for arrival- removed the defective door and replaced it with a brand new one. Quick -efficient-tidy and extremely respectful. Great job guys- Thank you

The service call for Angeko at 129 Findhorn Crescent was done perfectly, both Rocky and Shanroy came on time and addressed all the issues with the door such as adjasting the gaps and installing a new flash bolt striker that needed to be modified, overall the customer is very happy now and all is good thanks to the service department.
